VIP Tables

How can I book a VIP table?

To book a VIP please call our VIP coordinator directly on 07787 412900. He will be happy to look at all the options to cater for your party.

 

What does the term ‘minimum spend’ mean?

Minimum spend is the minimum amount required to have a table for the evening. For example, if your chosen VIP table carries a £300 minimum spend (plus compulsory 10% service charge), this means that you must spend a minimum of £300 at the table which can include any of the bottles of spirits / champagnes from our VIP drinks list.

 

What is table service?

All our VIP tables are hosted by VIP waitresses for the duration of the night. You will not need to go to a bar to get your drinks. Simply relax at your table and let our staff take care of you.  You table price includes the 10% service charge within the minimum spend, which you will be informed about when you book your table with us.

 

What happens once I spend over the ‘minimum spend’?

If you hit your minimum spend allowance, feel free to carry on ordering more drinks through our waitresses. Any bottles purchased will have 10% service charge added.

 

Can I choose a specific table from the table map on your website?

We will always do our best to fulfil your table location requests, however, this may be subject to change at short notice due to cancellations and adjustments. Please note, we do not guarantee any table.

 

Does my VIP table include entry?

Yes, the money you pay for your VIP table includes entry price and a queue jump for all guests.

 

Can I invite guests to my table?

If you have booked a VIP table for the maximum capacity the table allows, unfortunately, this will not be possible due to other guests on other tables being in close proximity.  If you have space available, it will be at the discretion of the Venue Manager.

 

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

Due to the popularity of VIP tables, we will ask for a 10% deposit to secure the bookings.  This must be paid in advance via our VIP coordinator.  We will process the payment through our secure online third party processing agent Worldpay. You will instantly be sent a receipt via email to confirm your booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Is your deposit taking method secure?

Yes, Worldpay uses the highest level of encryption security to ensure your details are kept secure. CTZN bar does not keep or have access to any stored information.

 

Can I order beers to my table?

Yes, you may order beers to your VIP table should you wish. We, however, do not encourage individual bottled beers, or spirit and mixers as it will take longer to service other guests.

 

Can I pre-order drinks or special requests in advance?

We are usually able to source any brands or spirits / beers and champagnes within a reasonable time.  However, we would expect full payment up front before ordering.

 

If I have booked a table, what time do I have to arrive by?

We would appreciate you arriving before 10.30pm so that we can ensure you are settled at your table comfortably.

 

If I don’t consume all my drink, can I take it home with me?

Unfortunately, due to licensing regulations, we cannot allow drinks to leave the venue.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes, we do!  There is a small cover charge for each item. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items whilst kept in our cloakroom.  If you lose a ticket, you will need to wait till the end of the night. No ticket, no jacket.

 

What is your dress code?

CTZN operates a smart, sexy and glam dress-code. Clean, box fresh trainers will be allowed providing they are not deemed as sportswear.  We do not allow caps / hats or hoodies inside the venue.  Please note that door team and management can refuse entry if they feel that you do not adhere to our dress code policies.

 

How do I report lost property?

Lost property can be reported either on the night through venue management where we will check to see if anything has been handed in.  If you think you may have lost something but are no longer at the venue, please email us at info@ctznbar.com or call 01245 283646 with a description of the item you have lost. We will do our best to find it for you.

 

Do you have a guestlist and if so, how can I add myself to it?

CTZN does operate a guestlist contact us on social media (@ctznbar) or txt 07787 412900. By adding yourself to it, this will guarantee you and your friends queue jump entry

 

 

What is your minimum age for entry?

After 9pm, guests must be over 18. We operate a strict Challenge 25 ID procedure. Please bring photographic ID in order to gain entry.  We only accept valid Passports or Driving Licenses or anything with a genuine PASS logo.

How do I book a table in your restaurant?

How do I order food for delivery?

We operate a full food delivery service within a four mile radius from Sunday to Thursday till 5pm and Friday & Saturday till 8pm. To order your food call 01245 283646 or visit either Just Eat or Hungry House.
